1Te enacting jurisdiction may consider including a reference to: (a) documents and instruments that may be considered transferable, but that should not fall under the scope of the Model
2Te enacting jurisdiction may consider which provisions of the Model Law, if any, the parties
to the needs of each enacting jurisdiction, thus providing both flexibility and clarity
